Innovation Without Legacy Constraints

Alluminous exists to solve a simple but critical problem: how to produce ultra-high purity alumina (HPA) for advanced technologies—without mining, without aluminium metal, and without the limitations of legacy supply chains.

With the HiPurA® process and our pilot plant, we’ve brought together the technology developers, technical leads, and commercial team to scale the most promising HPA alumina technology on the market.

We are not explorers or theorists. We are executors.

Our Story

Alluminous was established in 2025 with a strong foundation of assets and intellectual property to advance the HiPurA® process. These include:

  • A purpose built pilot plant facility in Perth WA
  • A fully commissioned analytical laboratory
  • Granted and pending patents in key global markets
  • The full HiPurA® process IP and know-how

The original development team is driving commercialisation and will scale the process quickly, cleanly, and globally, leveraging the technology’s modular design and feedstock flexibility.

We are now focused on finalising pilot optimisation, undertaking customer qualification, and preparing for commercial rollout in high-growth sectors including semiconductors, batteries, optics and photonics.

Our Location

Our headquarters and pilot facility are located in O’Connor, Western Australia – a hub for advanced manufacturing and technical development.

Our global commercialisation efforts are already underway, with feasibility studies and site location work planned for the United States, Europe, and Asia in 2026.
